ATROCIOUS! A Veteran has asked for 2 days for a letter, no more than 4 lines was needed but Dr Nick.... Refused twice to do it until 4pm today. Knowing full well we needed that letter to be in before 4 pm. That would of allowed a veteran suffering PTSD and his family to extra money, much needed money for Christmas, which we are now without! Thanks Dr Nick....hope you sleep well, it will come back around! Theres one receptionist that is good the rest are useless but still, they cant do much and the practice manager is NEVER available. All in all USELESS. If you have to attend ask for Dr Branfield, hes a good man. Thanks for nothing, 6-7 years of USELESS diagnosing and service!
